Crockford's Prophecy

Summer 2015(ii)

No one saves us but ourselves; no one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path. - Buddha

As I have seen the world through Witches’ eyes, I have been fortunate to live each moment of my life with knowledge and deep feeling that the globe I walk upon feels my step, hears my voice and answers in return. - Laurie Cabot

A Chant to Chase Away Darkness: In the centre of the darkest storm,/ Is a brilliant rainbow, bright and warm./ Look past the darkness that you see,/ There's more than what you think might be./ There now is freedom, so you can find,/ The path to stimulate your mind./ So don't despair, let hope shine bright,/ The sun will rise, just past the night.

In oneself lays the whole world and if you know how to look and learn, the door is there and the key is in your hand. Nobody on Earth can give you either the key or the door to open, except yourself. - Jiddu Krishnamurti

Summer 2015 (i)

In your silence, when there are no words, no language, nobody else is present, you are getting in tune with existence. - Osho

If you don't like someone's story, write your own.

This planet does not need more ‘successful people’. This planet desperately needs more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers and lovers of all kinds. It needs people to live well in their places. It needs people with moral courage willing to join the struggle to make the world habitable and humane. - Tenzin Gyatso, The 14th Dalai Lama

Spell craft for July: The “Horse Time”. Youth begins to mature. Crops ripen and leaves brown. The sun is in its slow sweep toward rest and rebirth. Time is hastening and projects are quickly coming to an end. Meditate on responsibility, leadership, and sensibility. Magick that is good for this month includes spells concerning power, authority, common sense, and happiness.

Candlemas (Imbolc) today so I hope you have a good one. As usual if you want to comment or contact me then please do so at Here are today's posts.

Imbolc Chant: Continuous motion, may all things flow./ Circles of magick let the power flow./ Elements mixing, accept my plea;/ As I mote, so will it be. - M.S. Saille

Candlemas Chant: Encased in sun, your light shall shine,/ And guide the spring towards greening time./ And as your hearts both melt in love,/ The light grows stronger from above.

Februarius (February) was the month for purification. The word is thought to derive from the Latin "februum" (purification); from "februa" (instruments of purification); or from "Febuus" (an obscure deity). It was believed that being struck by the februa (strips of goatskin) would ensure fertility for women and virility for men.

We are the keepers of the circle. We are the keepers of the fire. We are the keepers of the Earth.

Sacred herbs of the Celts - Willow: A Druid sacred tree; one of the seven sacred trees of the Irish. The willow is a Moon tree sacred to the Goddess. Its grooves were considered so magickal that priests, priestesses and artisans sat among the trees to gain eloquence, inspiration, skills, and prophecies.

What lies behind us and what lies in front of us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

The Divine interacts with all beings on a continuous basis, but few are willing to notice and understand.

Rivers, rocks and trees have always been talking to us, but we've forgotten how to listen.

Healing Chant - Candle Magick: Healing light, shining bright,/ Let this sickness flee in fright!/ With harm to none including me,/ I cast this spell, so mote it be.

If we are to have magical bodies, we must have magical minds.

Be selective in your battles; sometimes peace is better than being right.

Magick comes from what is inside of you. It is part of you. You can’t weave together a spell that you don’t believe in.

One day I decided I was beautiful and so I carried out my life as if I was a beautiful girl. It does not have anything to do with how the world perceives you. What matters is what you see. - Gabby Sidibe

Candle Magick: If during your ritual you need a lot of power, light multiple candles.

Hope can be a powerful force. Maybe there's no actual magick in it, but when you know what you hope for most and hold it like a light within you, you can make things happen, almost like magick. - Laini Taylor

A happy new year from Shropshire, England. Best wishes, Gordon. xXx

The greatest wisdom is simplicity: Love, respect, tolerance, sharing, gratitude and forgiveness; it’s not complex or elaborate.

Smudge with incense and anoint with oil to cleanse yourself of mortal toil.

Beyond the town, beneath the moon, beside the standing stone,/ There lives a woman, fair of faith we call the ‘Wiccan Alone’./ She sings to sun, moon and stars and gathers herbs and weeds,/ With which she fashions ancient charms and other magic deeds./ She worships not by altars, built by hands of mortal men,/ But in the misty, magick glade beyond the furthest glen.
